My friends, my loved ones,
Another birthday during a pandemic! This time, I have a lot to do to prepare the big move to Saint-Lazare.
And we're off!
Good news, I have the results for the “Color of my new house” contest:
Light yellow 33%
Mimosa 67%
Therefore, the color will be Mimosa, but since I want an Italian theme for the decoration of my new home, let's call the color "Spritz" to honor the Amalfi Coast!

Now a tradition, I am writing to you on my birthday, but this time not from the Spiagga Grande of Positano lined with beautiful Italians, nor from Piazza Navona in Rome sipping an Aperol Spritz, nor from a vaporetto gliding under the Ponte di Rialto of Venice, but actually from Saint-Sauveur, surrounded by wild turkeys! The pandemic is really destroying my international jet set life! 😜
Mamie and Dieter’s property has become a safe haven for the surrounding turkeys, but I do hope that next year I will be surrounded by horses!
I am celebrating this beautiful day with a meal fit for a king prepared by the Au Pied de Cochon sugar shack!
