NOUVELLE OPTION: Version française
My friends, my loved ones,
My freefall happened three weeks ago already!
I was comfortably set up on my sofa bed in the living room, accompanied by Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime as well as a few prescriptions to reduce the pain and the swelling.
However, after four days away from my cozy bed, my crutches and I ventured onto the staircase to climb to the first floor with success.
The colors of my butt have changed from violet to yellow with a hint of ocher, pink and a little bit of green. See the progress for yourself:

I still can’t sit down for long periods of time but I managed to spend time in the sun on my long chair and go to the supermarket last Sunday, with crutches, of course!
I feel much better and I am encouraged by the speed of the healing process. Hurray for the resilience of the human body!
